Now let’s unboxed the new Dell’s XPS 13 portable laptop, the difference between the current and previous model is huge. Now its features are lot more improved, better and everything which a laptop user wanted to have. Talking about the sound, it is equipped with Dolby Vision and HDR, the XPS 13’s screen will be able to handle brighter highlights and darker black levels than before.
For the past few years, Dell has placed the camera below the display, giving it one of the bad video-chatting angles any laptop has. This time it is on the top, developed 720p smallest webcam ever, measuring at 2.25mm wide.
Now the noticeable and powerful changes, Dell included Intel’s latest eighth-generation Core CPUs, and it supports up to 16GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD. Other than this it has Intel’s integrated UHD 620 graphics.
Dell added a changeable torque hinge to the XPS 13, which makes it easier to open it one-handed. It flips up smoothly but adds more resistance as you open the screen further. Other than these, it has the same lineup of ports with two Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports, one USB-C 3.1 port, a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack. This is one step ahead of many rival laptops, with many using solely USB-C 3.1 and not the better Thunderbolt 3 standard.
